The Montblanc 1858 GMT differs from typical GMT watches by displaying a second time zone without an additional hand. The second time zone is shown with a red square that moves around the outside of the dial and indicates the half hours at a time. The watch has a 42 mm stainless steel case with a blue anodised aluminium bezel and presents the blue sunburst dial with a date display at three o'clock. The case back is engraved with the continents, oceans, and names of cities in each of the 24 time zones, offering a worldtime indication. Powered by an automatic movement, this timepiece offers a power reserve of 50 hours. A slim stainless steel bracelet with fine adjustment for precision fitting adds the finishing touch to the watch.
