For the Portugieser Automatic, IWC took inspiration from the well-balanced design of the originals dating back to the 1930s. The stainless steel 42 mm case presents the black dial with rhodium-plated indices and hands. Three o'clock marks the location of the power reserve display, the date window is located at six and the small seconds at nine o'clock. The calibre 52010 which is visible through the transparent case back, ensures a power reserve of seven days. A black alligator strap adds the finishing touch.
