From the 31st January until the 9th February 2020, the House of Gübelin and the renowned Badrutt's Palace Hotel in St. Moritz invite to an exceptional jewellery exhibition in the hotel's famous Madonna Room.
In the midst of the impressive premises, surrounded by wooden wall shelves filled with historical books and the famous oil painting “Sistine Madonna”; thought to be painted by renowned renaissance painter Raphael, Gübelin Jewellery puts its new Aurora world centre stage.
Guests of the jewellery exhibition in St. Moritz, which is open to the public, can expect unique jewellery design aesthetics paired with absolute excellence in craftsmanship and unparalleled gemmological expertise as well as some of the most fascinating coloured gemstones.
The
Jewels
Besides its new “Splendid Feather” line, the House of Gübelin's latest masterpiece “Rising Lotus” is amongst the jewels on display and can be admired daily during the exhibition hours from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. The design of this unique piece of jewellery was inspired by the fascinating inner world of the rare padparadscha sapphire that takes centre stage in this magnificent creation.
Join us Monday through Thursday for a short inspirational talk about "the introduction to coloured gemstones" and "the fascinating world of padparadscha sapphires" to learn more about the centre stones in our mesmerizing jewels.
